- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★2017-11-12, by Suresh LakshmipathyLovely, little, Bright and airy cafe with cheerful and helpful staff. The ambiance is quiet unique, and so are the choices on the menu. They have a surprisingly good selection of local ( from next town, Wick) whisky like Old Pultney. Even the pour, serving etc was very professional, although I was somewhat amused finding alcohol in a coffee cafe. The local community boards and the interesting bathroom, complete the experience. Good value for money. Plenty of parking and its right by the sea at John o groats
